Detailed company-level roster entries are not included in the currently supplied source text. The regiment was never fully organized, and many men were transferred to other Pennsylvania regiments upon its disbandment in March 1862. Companies B, D, and C were transferred to the 73rd Pennsylvania Infantry; Companies A and G to the 99th Pennsylvania Infantry; Companies E, F, and K were disbanded and their men distributed among the companies of the 73rd Pennsylvania Infantry.
