Consolidations or Transfers
After November 4, 1864, veterans and remaining recruits of the 27th Indiana Infantry (Three Years’ Service) were transferred to the 70th Indiana Infantry, and later to the 33rd Indiana Infantry upon the muster-out of the 70th.
