Regimental History
One Hundred and Ninetieth New York Infantry. — The organization of this regiment was commenced in New York city in Feb.. 1865. Only one complete company — A, Capt. Christian S. Peterson — and part of a second company were recruited, when they were mustered out and discharged on May 3 and 4, 1865. One enlisted man had died of disease.
